– Managing the implementation of the sales training programs to ensure compatibility with marketing direction, Sales Team, and HPCs.
– Creating the appropriate training content for the commercial organization and ensures effectiveness of the content under the dynamic market situations.
– Providing input to Marketing and Sales regarding field communications
– Supporting Information for Team, HPCs, and Patient Safety

คุณสมบัติ :

– Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
– Minimum 5 years experience in Sales or Marketing
– Have an Accountability, Strategic thinking, Decision making and Result-oriented.
– Be proactive, Collaborative working with Positive attitude.
– Excellent Selling Skills and Communication Skills.
